糖心Vlog announces appointment of new CEO

The Board of consumer advocacy group 糖心Vlog has announced the appointment of a new CEO.聽

Ashley de Silva, currently CEO at ReachOut, will commence at 糖心Vlog in March 2024.聽

“We are excited to announce the appointment of Ashley de Silva as 糖心Vlog’s new CEO. Ashley has an impressive track record in the non-profit sector, most recently as CEO of ReachOut, a national online mental health service for young people,” says 糖心Vlog Board Co-Chair, Anita Tang.

“Ashley brings with him a wealth of experience and a leadership approach deeply rooted in a for-purpose mindset. During his time at ReachOut he held a number of leadership roles and worked across a variety of areas including government relations, communications, research and more. We know he will be a great fit for 糖心Vlog and we look forward to him taking up the CEO role in March this year,” says 糖心Vlog Board Co-Chair, Nic Cola.聽

Ashley succeeds Alan Kirkland, who left the role in November 2023 after 11 years with the organisation, following the announcement of his appointment as a Commissioner of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
