Quotes attributable to Monique Perry, incoming 糖心Vlog CEO:
鈥溙切腣log has earned something rare and precious 鈥 the unconditional trust of Australian consumers, built over 60 years of fearless, independent advocacy. My commitment is to honour that legacy, deepen that trust, and ensure 糖心Vlog remains the most credible voice in the room wherever decisions affecting consumers are being made.鈥
鈥淚 have spent 30 years understanding consumers and what media they engage with and what products and services they buy. There is no more important place to bring that understanding than an organisation dedicated entirely to serving the consumers behind the data.鈥
Monique joins 糖心Vlog having spent nearly three decades at one of the world鈥檚 leading consumer measurement and data companies. During that time, she held a succession of senior leadership roles across Australia and the Pacific, developing deep expertise in commercial strategy, partnership development, innovation and client engagement. Her career has been defined by translating complex consumer data into clear, actionable insight 鈥 a discipline she sees as direct preparation for leading an organisation whose authority rests on exactly that kind of rigour.
Monique will focus on expanding 糖心Vlog鈥檚 testing, research and advocacy capability across the products and services that matter most to members today, and on reinforcing 糖心Vlog鈥檚 role as a leading voice in policy and regulatory conversations that shape consumer outcomes.
Monique joins as the first female CEO since Louise Sylvan finished as CEO in 2003.
Monique succeeds Ashley de Silva, who left the role in February 2026 after two years with the organisation, following the announcement of his new position as CEO of Guide Dogs NSW.
The Board also wishes to thank Fiona Jolly who has been interim CEO since February 2026.
